Order

Hello Flowers will automatically issue an order reference number after payment is processed. This confirms that we have received your order. Please ensure that you enter your email address correctly and in the appropriate field on our order form as we cannot be held responsible if you do not receive a confirmation email. Please note down your individual order number for reference. If there is any ambiguity with your order, give us a quick call and we will confirm the status of your order. We prefer to have at least 48 hours notice of the order in advance. If you place an order with us after the daily deadline, your order will be deemed to have been placed before the deadline for the next day. We cannot accept orders placed more than one year before the delivery date.

1. Delivery Information

Hello Flowers delivery in Vietnam. Works 7 (seven) days a week.
We currently only ship in Vietnam through local florists and our own delivery team
We are unable to process orders for delivery to P.O. Box or APO. Provide us with the recipient's shipping address details along with a phone number to avoid delays.

Delivery fee depends on delivery distance.

♦ Time:

We aim to deliver your gift upon request, however we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, as that depends on the availability of our logistics partners and local florists. we. However, in some cases, and depending on the date and destination selected, you will be given a choice between morning or afternoon delivery.

♦ Incorrect or incomplete shipping address and details:

If you provide us with incorrect or incomplete shipping information when placing an order, we will not be able to guarantee delivery. If our delivery officer reports that the shipping address is incorrect, we will attempt to contact you to confirm the details or to obtain further information from you. You should remember that changes to the stated information must be made at least three business days prior to the scheduled delivery date. Hello Flowers will not be responsible if your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, and therefore you will not receive a refund.

♦ Restricted locations:

Please note further that orders sent to hospitals, hotels, residential homes, companies, universities or public buildings are not guaranteed, but in most cases the order will come on request. If your delivery is to such a location, please provide the facility's name and phone number and as many details as possible.

In the case of a hospital, we will need the recipient's room number and region. Hello Flowers will attempt to deliver your flowers or gifts according to each facility's procedures, but we are not responsible if these procedures prevent successful delivery. Please note that many hospitals do not allow room-to-room or flower delivery at all. Please check with the hospital before ordering.

If you want to send flowers to someone staying at the hotel, you should include their room number (if possible) and the name of the person who made the reservation.

Hello Flowers cannot offer refunds if delivery is not possible due to these circumstances.

Change order

To make changes to your order, please contact our Customer Service helloflowers.hcmc@gmail.com You should make these changes at least three business days in advance. selected delivery date. Or you won't get a refund or replacement.

Special day delivery:

During periods characterized by a high volume of orders (such as Christmas or Valentine's Day, Women's Day, Mother's Day), some of the aforementioned policies may change:

- Changes and Cancellations: We cannot guarantee the implementation of changes or order cancellations that are not requested within the time period specified above.

- Delivery time: We cannot guarantee delivery in the morning or afternoon although you have been given the option to choose a time period when placing your order.

- In some cases, and given notice when placing your order, we will not be able to guarantee delivery of your order on the date selected and it will be done at the time of first availability.

Special requirements

We cannot guarantee that special requests will be met. If those requirements are not met, you will not receive a refund.

Hello Flowers, we will deliver your flowers or gifts upon request. However, if we are unable to process your request, your order will be shipped the next business day.

♦ Recipient not present

If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, the driver has the discretion to leave the flowers in a safe and protected place. This may include sending a gift to a neighbor, if this is the case, a card with a phone number will be left under the door or in the mailbox. Hello Flowers will not take any responsibility for this if damaged or melted items (pastries, chocolates) are related to this and you will not receive a refund.
