A. Payment

When shopping at HELLO FLOWERS, customers can choose from the following payment methods:

1. Cash payment when receiving flowers

HELLO FLOWERS only support cash on delivery (COD) in HCMC for orders under VND 1,000,000

2. Payment by wire transfer

You can completely transfer money through any bank in Vietnam or via Internet banking to us.

B. Shipping

1. Delivery area:

HELLO FLOWERS accept orders within HCMC, suburbs of HCMC

2. Delivery time:

HELLO FLOWERS will deliver flowers the same day when customers order flowers.

Delivery time is from 9am to 7pm. Orders placed after 5pm will be delivered the next morning.
However, in some objective cases such as unfavorable weather, cannot contact the recipient, etc., we will contact the orderer to arrange the earliest delivery at another time.

On special days like Valentine's Day, International Women's Day, Vietnamese Women's Day, etc., the delivery will be done within the same day and as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery request at a particular time.
